Our test cells are consistently implemented using a modular system. This design principle allows for precise customization of usable space size, geometry, and technical equipment to meet the respective testing requirements.

Thanks to the flexible modular design, test chambers can be precisely designed and manufactured in terms of dimensions, performance parameters, and functional integration to meet the individual requirements of the respective application area. Both standard applications and complex special solutions can be implemented efficiently and economically.

All test systems are custom-designed and can be extended for special applications, including:

  • Thermal shock tests

Double Test Cells

  • Investigation of the hygrothermal behavior of building materials under temperature and humidity stress (e.g., capillary conductivity, water vapor diffusion)

Fog Storage Cells

Loading of test setups with relative humidities up to 100% as a fog storage phase; the test cell floor is designed as a sealed welded tray.

Test chamber volume: 2000 L to 20000 L
Temperature: +40°C to +60°C
Humidity: 100% RH / saturation, fog

Test Cells for Shaker Applications

Test cells with various floor cutouts and compensators for adaptation to the respective shaker system.

Height and side adjustable systems.

Temperature range: -70 °C to 180 °C

Weathering Cells

Test cells with an open side wall for adapting on-site facade modules.
The specially adapted air guidance system enables temperature control/air conditioning of the facade module.
A nozzle system ensures uniform rain simulation on the entire facade module.
Furthermore, the facade modules can be irradiated with SUN, UVA, IR systems.
